PVD plant is combined by PVD coating machine, oven, air compressor, water tower and water pump and some cleaning & packing equipment. 1 set of PVD coating machine can coat gold, rose gold, silver, blue, gray, black and rainbow color. Main part of PVD coating machine is vacuum chamber, vacuum pump and electrical cabinet.
PVD Coating Flatware
After PVD coating, original silver color stainless steel flatware will show gold, rose gold, blue, gray, black and rainbow color. That will increase higher selling value with nice decorative color. Strong PVD film adhesion will enlarge flatware using life. All PVD coating process details will be taught in customer's plant.
